UK to EU supply chain solution.

Initial consultation:

UK customer to reduce cost & waste, move to a more planet friendly pack (fully recyclable).
On investigation through challenging the status quo and exploring a little further, we discovered the part left the OEM in one pack. It arrived with our customer where the part was modified and then placed into our bespoke pack. The item was transported to the EU where the pack was reopened and the contained item was quality checked and then repacked for its final journey to the end customer.

The result:

We worked with whole supply chain to design and produce one multipurpose pack, manufactured from corrugated and expanded polyethylene foam.
