Our solution:

Gordano provided a team of designers and account managers at various sites and challenged the status quo from day one. We redesigned 2500 packs; introduced a standard list of 290 packing materials; managed kanban storage of packaging both on and off-site.

By consolidation and rationalisation and joining up activities across multi sites, we reduced the number of lines being used both in terms of bespoke packs and standard materials by 405. This further resulted in reducing the number of suppliers and ultimately a major saving in cost.
