Brief:

Customer had been export shipping a delicate instrument  in a flight case and sending an engineer to commission the item and was now looking to send the item as a ‘plug n play ‘option in a different pack that was planet friendly, more cost effective, but robust enough to export all over the world.

Our solution:

Various trials experimenting with wood and foam moulds; wood; corrugated and foam composite packs, finally lead to a complete corrugated and foam fitment export pack. All design and drop test evaluation was carried out in-house.
